Made-to-order merchandise

BayaniBuilt shirts are produced after an order is placed and shipped directly by our print fulfillment partner. Production and carrier transit are separate stages.

Shipping options and charges

Available destinations, delivery options and shipping charges are shown at checkout for your shipping address and order. Review these details before paying. If your order contains items fulfilled separately, they may arrive in separate packages.

Timing and tracking

Any production or transit times shown are estimates. Production time occurs before carrier transit. Tracking details are provided when available after dispatch; tracking may take time to show its first carrier update.

If we cannot ship within the timeframe stated when you ordered, or within 30 days when no shipment timeframe was stated, we will contact you with the option to accept a revised shipment date or cancel the unshipped merchandise for a refund.

Address and delivery issues

Please check your shipping address before completing checkout. Contact us promptly if it needs correction; changes cannot be guaranteed once production or shipping has started. If tracking shows a delivery problem, or your package has not arrived as expected, contact us so we can investigate with the fulfillment partner.
