Merchandise returns and refunds

BayaniBuilt merchandise is made to order. All merchandise sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, an incorrect size or color selection, or a fit preference. Please review the product information and size guide before ordering.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, has a printing or manufacturing defect, or is different from what you ordered, contact bayani@bayanibuilt.com as soon as possible and within 30 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the item and the issue. For a wrong item or size label, include a photo of the label.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund for a confirmed manufacturing or fulfillment error. Do not mail an item back unless we specifically ask you to; these issues can normally be reviewed using photos without a physical return. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Order help

For an order that has not arrived, or a correction needed before production, contact us promptly at bayani@bayanibuilt.com or 971-309-0021. Changes cannot be guaranteed once production has started.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer law. It applies to merchandise orders placed after this policy is published; earlier orders remain subject to the policy provided at the time of purchase.
