SMS Terms & Conditions — Bayani Built

1. Program description. Bayani Built (4828 NE 103rd Ave 97220 Portland, Oregon) sends customer service text messages to customers who have brought a vehicle to our shop. Messages include repair status updates, diagnostic results, repair approval requests, and appointment and pickup notifications. This is a customer service program. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages under this program.
2. How to opt in. You may opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our service request form at https://bayanibuilt.com/pages/contact, or by initialing the same consent language on our paper service intake form when you drop off your vehicle at our shop. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. You will receive a confirmation message after opting in.
3. Message frequency. Message frequency varies depending on the status of your repair. Most customers receive approximately 2 to 8 messages per repair order.
4. Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Bayani Built does not charge for this service, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply.
5. How to opt out. You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, STOPALL, OPTOUT, or REVOKE. After you send an opt-out request, we will send a single confirmation message and you will receive no further messages from that number. To rejoin, reply START or ask our staff.
6. How to get help. Reply HELP or INFO to any message for assistance, or contact us directly at (971) 309-0021 or shopify@bayanibuilt.com.
7. Supported carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our full Privacy Policy at https://bayanibuilt.com/policies/privacy-policy.
9. The consent language we use. The following is the exact consent language shown on both our web form and our paper service intake form:
