Do you do BMW DME cloning, ECU replacement, or CAS module repair?

Yes. Module programming is one of our specialties. We clone and program DMEs (MSD80, MSD81, MSV, MEVD and other Bosch units), match ISNs so a used DME works with your CAS, and repair or replace CAS2, CAS3, CAS3+ and CAS4 modules — including recovery from failed firmware updates. This is work most Portland shops send to the dealer.

Can you program a new BMW key in Portland?

Yes. We program new and replacement keys for E-, F- and G-series BMWs, including all-keys-lost situations, without a trip to the dealership.

Do you do N54 turbo replacements and single-turbo conversions?

Do you use OEM parts and is there a warranty?

We use OEM and OE-supplier parts from select suppliers, and those parts carry a 2-year product warranty.

How long do repairs take?

Diagnostics and most maintenance are same-day or next-day. Turbo installs, timing work and rod bearings usually take several days. Full builds and track prep are scheduled projects that can take weeks depending on parts and scope.

Which BMW models do you work on?

All modern BMWs — E-chassis (E46, E9X, E8X, E60, E70), F-chassis (F30, F80/F82 M3/M4, F10, F15) and G-chassis — plus M cars and track builds. Our deepest experience is with the N54, N55, S55, B58 and S65 engines.
